How to get Support

Support for Redwood comes in varying degrees depending if you're before, during, or after the Evaluation phase. It's highly recommended you use the correct support channel to receive the quickest response.

Before Evaluation

If you have any questions about Redwood before starting an Evaluation, we recommend that you use the redwood-questions channel on our Discord server.

During Evaluation

Once you have signed up for an Evaluation license, you'll be invited automatically to our Support Forums. You can find the invite link on the Redwood Licenses dashboard after logging in:

Activate support forums button

You'll get access to the Evaluation Support category where you can post questions, feedback, and configuration requests.

After Purchasing Redwood

Once you have purchased Redwood, you'll get lifetime access to the Community Support category in the Support Forums. The Redwood developers sometimes respond to questions here, especially if they are related to bugs; however do not expect timely responses from the developers without Premium Support.

If you have an active Premium Support subscription, you'll also get access to a private category in the Forums as well as the option to have a private Discord channel or a shared channel on Slack. You will get priority responses from the Redwood development team within 1 business day (except during holidays and other exceptions posted in advanced). Subject to availability, you can purchase Premium Support at any time after you purchase Redwood.
